Quality Assurance Analyst – Financial Services (Dublin – Hybrid)

Overview:
An established and fast-growing financial firm is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join their technology change team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a regulated financial environment, contributing to high-impact data and system projects across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review business requirements and develop test plans and test cases

• Execute manual and automated tests, working closely with development and business teams

• Identify and resolve software and workflow issues

• Document QA activities, audit results, and training materials

• Recommend process and system improvements

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years’ QA experience, ideally within financial services or other regulated sectors

• Strong understanding of software testing across data-heavy platforms

• Experience in both manual and automated testing (e.g., Selenium)

• Familiarity with agile environments and version control systems

• Experience with data warehouses and large data programs

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
